Class Details

Every Wednesday · 18:00 – 19:00

Ongoing classes, 1 hour per class. Topics rotate every two weeks — you can join every second week listed in the calendar.

The full cycle of topics repeats every 30 weeks, so you'll always be building on familiar ground.

What You'll Learn

Every two weeks we introduce a different movement theme and layer in variations — the most essential figures from which countless new movements grow.

You'll also explore movement concepts focusing on quality, elasticity, and connection with your partner and the music.

Class Details

Every Wednesday · 19:00 – 20:00

Building on Level 1, you'll learn more complex patterns and techniques. The focus shifts to developing variations and combining movements fluidly — deepening your understanding and moving with greater creativity and confidence. Topics change every two weeks, mirroring the Level 1 structure. Specific figures will vary from cycle to cycle, but the focus on core movement concepts remains consistent.

What You'll Learn

Multi-step sequences, body dissociation, and the nuanced communication of advanced partner work. You'll learn how to create variations spontaneously — how to play with timing, direction, and texture. The emphasis is on dancing with intention: understanding why a movement works, not just how to execute it.

Note: Specific figures will vary from cycle to cycle, but the focus on core movement concepts remains consistent.
P Practica Open practice 20:00 – 20:30

Class Details

Every Wednesday · 20:30 – 21:30

Ongoing course, 1 hour per class. Topics change every two weeks. With varying figures in tilted / circular head movements and rotisserie.

What You'll Learn

All the essential head movements of Zouk — circular & tilted head movements and rotisserie turns — grounded in neuro and sport-scientific principles.

Using neuro training methods, you'll discover how to feel safe in head movements, understand the technique behind them, and become a resilient dancer step by step.

Recommendation: If you're new to head movements, we recommend booking a Headmovement Bootcamp. If you already bring experience, joining every two weeks works well.

19.09.2026 | 15:00 - 17:30

Introduction to head movements and the foundational techniques required for safe and effective practice. All the essential head movements of Zouk — circular & tilted head movements and rotisserie turns — grounded in neuro and sport-scientific principles. Using neuro training methods, you'll discover how to feel safe in head movements, understand the technique behind them, and become a resilient dancer step by step.

What to Expect

The head movements that define Zouk's visual signature — from gentle tilts and rolls to the full rotisserie. Each is taught with safety and body awareness at its core. We draw on neuroscience and sports methodology to help you build proprioception (the body's sense of its own position), progressive loading, and the confidence to truly let go. This isn't just technique — it's a new relationship with movement, gravity, and trust between partners. After the Bootcamp you are ready to join our regular level 3 classes.
